Phone lines open from 2.30 pm Tuesday - Thursday, door open for collection from 5.00 pm till 9.00 pm. Friday and Saturday open from 5.00 pm until 9.30 pm. Try some food that's smoked 'low and slow' for up to 11 hours with that infusion of hickory and oak.
